We strive to ship all orders within three business days. Express orders will ship within one business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. For your convenience, a comprehensive list of estimated arrival dates based on shipping selection and date of purchase will be listed upon checkout.
We offer flat rate FedEx Ground shipping for all items under 25 lbs our shipping fee is $18.00. Items weighing over 25lbs incur a surcharge based on dimension & destination.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIME FOR FURNITURE
Delivery time within the contiguous United States is 10-14 business days For in-stock click to buy furniture. All other furniture is made to order and generally requires a four (4) to ten (10) week lead time. If you are placing a custom order, please contact us for estimated current lead time. The actual lead time of your order will be confirmed by email upon receipt of the order.
Large Furniture is delivered via white glove service providers to ensure the best delivery possible. Furniture White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and the removal of all packaging materials. White Glove delivered items require 3-10 days of additional handling time prior to transit time.
Rachel Horn is pleased to offer international shipping to any destination in the USA, Mexico, or Canada. We may be able to accommodate shipping to other countries - please contact us by phone or email to confirm availability.
International packages are shipped via Federal Express international shipping service. Delivery can take place in 3-5 business days. Orders are usually picked packed and ready to ship within two business days of placing an order. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.
